Membership Card – Terms & Conditions

• The Membership Card is issued by Mitthan Sweet Shop or Spicebloom (these are trademark names; the registered legal entity name and GST number may vary depending on the specific outlet location) and is valid only at our participating outlets and certain online platforms.

• The card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered customer.

• Discounts, offers, and benefits available under the Membership Card are variable and subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• ​Discount is applicable only on minimum order value of RS 200 before applicable GST.

• Certain products, categories, or services may be excluded from discounts at our discretion.

• Discounts are applicable only on the MRP of eligible items and not on specially negotiated prices and cannot be clubbed with other ongoing offers, unless explicitly mentioned.

• The Membership Card must be presented before the invoice is generated to avail of any applicable benefits.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively on invoices once they have been generated.

• To avail benefits, all payments must be settled in full at the time of purchase; discounts are not applicable on items purchased on credit, deferred payment, or post-dated transactions. Discounts are valid only on payments made via cash or standard UPI. Payments made through UPI linked to credit cards, debit cards, or any type of card-based transactions are not eligible for discounts.

• Membership discounts are not applicable on third-party partner platforms or aggregators unless explicitly stated.

• The card may not be used in conjunction with gift vouchers, coupons, or other promotional credits unless specifically allowed.

• The Membership Card is initially valid for a period of 360 Days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.

• Mitthan Sweet Shop or Spicebloom reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate any Membership Card at any time, without assigning a reason or giving prior notice.

• Misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms may result in immediate termination.

• The initial membership card fee is non-refundable, regardless of usage, cancellation, or termination.

• Renewal charges (if applicable) are subject to change.

• The Membership Card does not represent a credit, debit, or prepaid card.

• Membership benefits are promotional in nature and may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Mitthan Sweet Shop or Spicebloom.

• All disputes are subject to Panipat jurisdiction.

• Members are responsible for the safe custody of their Membership Card.

• In case of loss, theft, or damage, replacement may be issued at the discretion of Mitthan Sweet Shop or Spicebloom and may be subject to a replacement fee.

• By enrolling in the Membership Card program, members consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering membership benefits and communications.

• Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and internal policy.

• Mitthan Sweet Shop or Spicebloom shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by suspension, alteration, or termination of the Membership Card program.

• No compensation or claim may be made for the withdrawal of benefits or changes in program features.

• These Terms & Conditions are subject to change, modification, or update at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Membership Card shall be deemed acceptance of any such changes.

At present, the Membership Card benefits are valid only for in-store purchases. Online platforms and third-party delivery partners are not covered under this program.
